**What do you like best about Primer?**

I have worked for a number of galleries, and have used a variety of software. Primer is by far the best. It is intuitive, efficient, and beautifully laid out.

**What do you dislike about Primer?**

I have found nothing I dislike about Primer. As with any software, the more complicated features require time to get comfortable, but overall, I have had no issues.

**What problems is Primer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primer efficiently creates viewing rooms and documents that would otherwise take hours to create myself.

**What do you like best about Primer?**

Somehow more powerful than other software but cleaner and easy to use. Esp documents! (Fast and easy to edit - don't need Word or Adobe to make them).

**What do you dislike about Primer?**

Been super happy -- was very frustrated by the limitations of other software that claimed to e the most established and best in the business.

**What problems is Primer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster documents. Better offers. Shows me my clients' interests. I've learned to value my time better -- less on admin and more on sales. Also, incredible client support.

**What do you like best about Primer?**

I love using Primer. So easy to make perfect documents and online viewing rooms. Clear history of artworks and collectors. I can do any art business activity I need, sales, consignments, artist payments, loans, donations, etc. Customer service is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Primer?**

Primer is so much better than other gallery software I have used that I don't have any complaints yet.

**What problems is Primer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save a ton of time and headaches. Also, it is easier to see what my collectors are interested in.
