**What do you like best about Prime HRMS?**

It's very effective in keeping the employee data stored at a specific place so that we can check and work accordingly. Employee attendance, time and date, payroll and many things can be tracked easily with the help of prime HRMS.

**What do you dislike about Prime HRMS?**

Price of this portal is quite high as compared to other tools in the market. The portal sometimes lags as well and data is not working properly.

**What problems is Prime HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The data is well maintained and kept in a secret file due to which we can easily track the employees record. Other useful things such as attendance, payroll data, etc can be fetched easily.

It does not require much manuall efforts like other softwares
All different types of legal compliance can be checked easily

**What do you dislike about Prime HRMS?**

Pricing is a little higher side when we compare it with other market competitors
 Sometimes lagging is there for capturing some crucial data

**What problems is Prime HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing productivity without interviewing much effort
Human errors are significantly less as compare to other 
Real-time monitoring helping to track resources

Easy to navigate for the employees.  Easy for the admin to manage settings.

**What do you dislike about Prime HRMS?**

Better interactive dashboards would really help the HR team to slice and dice the data.

**What problems is Prime HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps is tracking the attendance, reimbursement, Application tracking, payroll etc. It is a one platform with all the solutions.
