PI has helped us establish a routine cadence for sourcing win/loss feedback in an automated fashion directly from our prospects/customers. The tool is extremely easy to operationalize and response rates have been better than expected. We are just starting to scratch the surface on additional use cases like product roadmap, seller skills mapping, messaging feedback, and broader pipeline analysis. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Honestly - nothing to report at this section. The ability to cut results (and add user groups) based on product would be nice and is likely on roadmap. So far we haven't found much that we dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Primary Intelligence has proven effective at gaining valuable and candid insight with our customers and prospects. While the findings often-times validate our understanding, there are occasionally realizations that were unknown to us during the sales cycle that allow for continuous improvement. We've used Primary Intelligence to do some win/loss analysis and I had the opportunity to have them do a loss analysis of a deal that we referenced many times to improve our sales approach. In fact, we had the opportunity to work with that same customer 4-5 years AFTER we did the original loss analysis and we won it the second time around. The report was incredibly valuable! What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Having owned my own Healthcare Consulting Practice, I tend to evaluate people on whether or not I would hire them for my own company. I would either hire you or I would not and not many people make the cut. However Lance Davis and Nicole Andrews most certainly do. It goes beyond just their knowledge of your platform and the Win Loss industry which is in and of itself outstanding. They are a shining example of the best in customer experience and client satisfaction. We have gone through a difficult transition over the past couple of months and they have both bent over backwards to accommodate our many meetings and repeated questions. We purchased Primary Intelligence for win/loss analysis of our sales process. This can be a tricky task to accomplish with a CRM alone (we use Salesforce). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Common-sense assembly of Salesforce and other data in a clean view. Salesforce has relatively robust reporting, but to have exactly what you need, joined with other relevant data, is immensely helpful. You could hire an analyst to gather and process this data regularly, or you can use this product at a much lower cost, and get real-time, on-the-fly results. It is extremely helpful to be able to have all of our survey data in one dashboard that can then be rolled up or analyzed across a number of different variables. What do you like best?

Depth of information gathered. PI is a very thorough platform and their interviews are very detailed. I particularly like the scoring and battlecard functionality that is aggregated based on feedback of which competitors we lose to often Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Navigating and reaching the actual "insights" from win loss interviews is challenging. The data is there, but the "aha" insights are hard to glean. In particular, the profile view has some high level insights, but is is frankly very cluttered with the results of the actual scores presented. Primary Intelligence is helping us with our Win/Loss Program and providing a realtime data analytics dashboard for our Win/Loss quantitative and qualitative survey data from clients. PI's dashboard is giving us the tools to provide realtime results to our sales organization which will in turn assist them in increasing their win rates by making changes to their sales tactics based on client feedback in realtime. What do you like best?

I like the ease of working with the Primary Intelligence staff and the dashboard analytics. It is extremely helpful to be able to have all of our survey data in one dashboard that we can quick analyze and provide trends on. It is also very useful to give our sales folks realtime access to their own data and feedback from their clients on their performance in a sales cycle. One of the largest projects we have worked on with Primary Intelligence was importing almost three years worth of historical Win/Loss data and mapping the old survey/interview data to the new Primary Intelligence survey/interview requirements - Primary Intelligence was able to successful accomplish this project. Instead of starting with a blank dashboard we were able to import roughly 1200 previously reviewed deals dating back to 2016. This was not an easy task, but Primary Intelligence accomplished it and in a very reasonable time frame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I truly dislike about Primary Intelligence . I think they have been handling this unique project VERY well! The staff has worked extremely hard to accommodate our internal procedures and processes. They were willing to make compromises and create new functions and features within their dashboard to meet our needs. They have helped automate our data analytics, provide realtime access to our sales organization and increase the number of deals evaluated in the Win/Loss program for surveys and interviews. Sales managers will now have the capabilities to monitor their sales reps performance and have access to ongoing feedback which will allow them to provide more constructive coaching moments to help their sales teams flourish and win more business. The competitor battlecards will be a significant advantage for sales as they can actively review their competitors' strengths and weaknesses and restructure their sales strategy in an ongoing RFP process to give them a better chance of closing the deal. What do you like best?

We've used Primary Intelligence for Win/Loss as well as Customer Experience interviews/surveys. Our environment is Business to Business (B2B), with deeper customer relationships than a transaction-centered environment, so we were looking for an insights method that delved deeper as well. What do you like best?

The interview method has been very effective, giving us both quantitative and qualitative data. The latter enables us to be much more surgical in how we work to improve the customer experience, both at an individual customer relationship as well as in aggregate. We've made refinements to the program over time (analytics, process tweaks, areas PI digs into during the interview), but there's nothing I can say I dislike currently because we've partnered to fix issues or address opportunities as they come up.
