Some respondents only answer the multiple choice questions and don't provide color commentary or quotes, so I wish there was a way to encourage that.

I like the automated email surveys that go to Won and Lost deals.  Keeps a steady flow of fresh data flowing into our Win/Loss analysis.

**What do you dislike about TruVoice from Corporate Visions?**

I think a little more guidance in how to set up a concise survey would have been helpful.  We ended up with a very long survey and get feedback from those that take it that it's too long.  More best practice sharing would have been helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering TruVoice from Corporate Visions:**

Think really carefully about how to set up the survey initially, as the inertia once it's established is significant.  Overall, we have found this helpful to our business and would definitely recommend TruVoice to others looking to improve their Win/Loss insight.

I love how easy to use their website is. Coming from a big company, we have so many brands. TruVoice allows us to filter out easily and to find the exact reasons each brand or sector is winning and losing. The very best part about working with this organization is the people at Corporate Visions. We love our team, Renee Manning and Ryan Cuellar, so much that they have become apart of our work family.

No downsides! I wish that this could integrate with our CRM, but at this point thats an us issue.

The dashboards and ease navigating the platform to see high level trends as well as ability to dive into details and read rich buyer quotes.

I also value the partnership that the TruVoice from Corporate Visions team has shown us. We have had a great experience meeting with them regularly, to discuss our high level goals and how this program can help us drive towards that.

Not necessarily a downside, but extra effort is required when looking at periodic custom reports. They help with a lot of industries, so the custom report outputs require back and forth with their team to make sure the points being made are relevant for our company / industry.

Take into consideration your existing tech stack and what you would want to integrate together. Also consider what you want to eventually do with the win/loss data. TruVoice from Corporate Visions has been an exceptional partner helping us along the way continue to optimize how we use the software, working with us on custom reporting options, and ideas to improve response rates. Having a partner and not just a software has been extremely valuable for us.

We are able to gather insights from recent evaluations on why we are winning and why we are losing. This provides richer context into not only how sales is performing, but also how our product is perceived to solve problems, and feedback on our pricing versus perceived value. We are using Primary Intel to understand better what our clients are really looking from us when they invite for any deals. Analysis done by PI team is really helpful in that regard. Getting direct client prespective is really helpful. Their Truvoice platform analysed the responses and present them in various meaningful ways for us to consume. This really help us deep dive on problem areas and to understand our strengths as well.

Truvoice platform analysis is really the best part. Get to hear tone and other analysis from interview snippets are helpful. This really help us deep dive on problem areas and to understand our strengths as well. They show you data from various cuts and filters

Platform can have more access control from Front end so we can decide whom to give access to what part of data as whole enterprise-level data cant be shared with all users. If it can automatically show past year numbers in comparison so easy to see trend

**What do you like best about TruVoice from Corporate Visions?**

Primary Intelligence partners with its clients to ensure their needs are met. They take a very hands-on approach toward ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, Primary Intelligence consultants do an outstanding job in their phone interviews by asking probing questions to understand buyer needs, thereby uncovering actionable insights that allow our product, sales, CS, and other internal teams to make necessary updates and changes to our product, technology, or sales processes. Primary Intelligence is incredibly responsive in meeting our needs.

Primary Intelligence also offers an online portal that allows us to see buyer insights, both deeply (via profiles of specific opportunities) and broadly (through aggregate analysis). Moreover, we can tag and filter results so that we can evaluate buyer feedback by specific markets and segments.

One of the best things about using an online tool such as Primary Intelligence is that information is constantly being updated. For example, saved filters will auto-update, which means we're always seeing the latest information.

**What do you dislike about TruVoice from Corporate Visions?**

The Primary Intelligence interface is a bit dated, however, they are taking steps to update their user interface.

Since Primary Intelligence's acquisition by Corporate Visions, there has been a greater focus on Sales-related feedback. While this makes sense, given Corporate Visions' focus on Sales enablement and training, my hope is that this focus does not become lop-sided. While Sales-related feedback is helpful, Solution, Company, and Pricing feedback are also critical.

**Recommendations to others considering TruVoice from Corporate Visions:**

I would highly recommend Primary Intelligence for B2B win loss programs. Primary Intelligence has been conducting win loss analysis, surveys, and phone interviews for 20+ years. Moreover, their "TruVoice" software provides incredible insights to any team member, and their integration with CRMs makes the program easy to automate and administer. 

With their acquisition by Corporate Visions, Primary Intelligence is automating sales enablement, pushing relevant content to sales reps based directly on buyer feedback. Sellers will also have the opportunity to practice skills identified as gaps with an AI bot that continuously adapts to buyer feedback and rep performance.

**What problems is TruVoice from Corporate Visions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primary Intelligence helps us understand why we're winning and losing in competitive sales and renewal opportunities. For wins, we see common strengths that we can leverage in other competitive deals. For losses, we use buyer insights to better understand root cause issues and fix them so we are better able to meet our buyers' needs, thereby increasing win rates. 

We also get insights on No Decisions and Pending opportunities.

All opportunities include the associated revenue, so users can see how much revenue is impacted from wins, losses, no decisions, etc. Users can also see what's driving outcomes (wins, losses, no decisions), broken out by Solution criteria, Sales metrics, Company drivers, and Price/value. This allows teams to zero in on strengths and weaknesses and fix issues quickly. 

Primary Intelligence also helps us understand why existing customers churn, allowing us to make changes that will reduce future churn rates.

I like that there is a dedicated CSM that helps understand the system and get the insights that we're looking for. Otherwise, I dont know how we would navigate it.

Again, very complicated, And requires a lot of change from our side and a lot of attention and resource to make it work. Salesforce system should be tweaked, and so on and so forth

Unless you have enough resource to dedicate and flexibility in the company to adjust to make it work for you, don't do it.

**What problems is TruVoice from Corporate Visions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it very high level because there's not enough appetite for it now for a lot of reasons including market infrastructure and big company changes. So we get a glimpse of the competitive insights once a quarter that confirms that we already know. To customize a system to our needs a lot of change in our internal systems is needed and a lot of additional resources including incentives for example to make lost deals "speak".

It does not provide a holistic view into why our business wins/loses due to missing integrations and options to add insights into the platform. I would love to see it become a COE.

It is less about the platform and more about the provider. TruVoice is great and CVI is constantly innovating, however, deciding on a Win/Loss vendor should be based on what you are trying to achieve. CVI provides a platform that enables avdnaced Win/Loss tracking.

Primarily, we examine our win-loss records and make adjustments based on the information uncovered. We wanted to automate win/loss feedback instead of pockets of our company gathering this information. A siloed workflow doesn't work to find trends. Our goal was to aggregate win/loss feedback to learn how the company could improve our product, sales process, marketing messaging, and onboarding process.

I appreciate that Primary intelligence's product first tries to gain win/loss feedback via an email survey sent on behalf of the salesperson the prospect worked with. Then, you can choose to dive deeper with a phone interview the company conducts if the person opts-in via the email survey. The dashboards and feedback are providing our company's leadership valuable information for competitive intel, customer experience, and where we can improve. Also, the SalesForce integration was a must for us. The win/loss surveys are sent automatically once a deal goes closed lost or closed won. The sales team nor I have to do much to get the information. That's a big-time saving.

I think the dashboards of the win/loss data could be improved. The overview dashboard works but it doesn't look as polished or as modern as it could. Also, having more training on using the filters with videos would be helpful. The product works though and that's what I care the most about at the end of the day.

I really value the summary survey data to help us understand the macro picture (primary themes) of why we win and why we lose. But this is also supplemented by the interviews which add the kind of color you simply won't get from other channels - especially for the losses. Prospects are surprisingly willing to share feedback - you just have to ask! And it helps to funnel that feedback through an impartial 3rd party.

There is some rigidity to the platform that has posed challenges in some of the unique ways we wanted to gather input. However, it's worth noting that their team of engineers has always been very responsive to our requests to help find ways to make things work.

TruVoice fully automates what is otherwise a tedious and time coming process. Our Competitive Intelligence team conducts a quarterly Win/Loss Analysis and Buyer Evaluation Survey where we analyze hundreds to thousands of deals each quarter, and manually invite hundreds of buyers to participate in our survey after a win or a loss. 

TruVoice, and the TruSales middleware, completely automates this process while still providing deep insights into our sales processes, products, and GTM strategy. The TruVoice dashboards are intuitive and easy to use and provide great visibility for our CI team, Sellers, Sales leaders, and other stakeholders. We have the ability to cut the data using advanced filtering that maps back to our CRM fields, which significantly reduces the time to analysis. 

The PI team is incredibly helpful and service-minded. We've had a VERY long evaluation cycle due to internal processes. Despite that, PI's teams have been patient, responsive, helpful, and always mindful of our team's goals and objectives. They proactively identify new or better ways of doing things. We really appreciate that PI shares other companies' best practices. We consider them to be a partner, not just another software vendor.

I have used Primary Intelligence at two companies now. It is a game-changer if you're looking for a better way to do Win/Loss Analysis and get real-time feedback directly from your customers themselves.

**What do you dislike about TruVoice from Corporate Visions?**

Not really a 'dislike,' more of a necessary challenge: You probably need to work with your Salesforce Administrator to setup and deploy TruSales for the first time (which is to be expected). After that, you can customize the dashboards and settings yourself. 

As for the product itself: haven't found any dislikes. It's literally my job to identify weaknesses in software products, but TruVoice is the best there is at automating win/loss reporting and Voice of the Buyer programs.

Very detailed and action-oriented customer feedback is provided. Their ability to go through the buying process and gain insights that you would not have known otherwise is good.

To analyze customer feedback and gain insights into survey questions, one would require data to port it into their BI environment. Primary Intelligence currently has export functionality, but lacks plug-in or EDI services which might be on their product roadmap.

It has not been 100% clear who main PoC is. We have had several different points of contact, all who have been helpful and excellent in their own right, but that could be confusing.  It would be good to clarify who is lead of what aspect.

The 'Outcome Reasons' feature is a personal favorite of mine. Having the ability to walk my sellers though where they win and lose on specific deals in 1:1 meetings is quite valuable.

**What do you like best about TruVoice from Corporate Visions?**

Primary Intel has helped us and our senior leaders gain deep insight into why we win, why we lose, and high-priority opportunities to improve our market position and customer satisfaction. It is a pleasure working with our CSM, who takes time to conduct discovery, address our questions, analyze our customer feedback, and guide insightful conversations. Our internal stakeholders have learned a tremendous amount from our Win/Loss insights and act on this feedback to move the needle.

**What do you dislike about TruVoice from Corporate Visions?**

We are in the earlier stages of our partnership with Primary Intel, and therefore, our collaboration has been primarily operational (e.g., launching the program, setting up integrations). These steps are necessary, so not something we "dislike," but they limit the time we can spend on strategic discussions. In the future, we hope to take our partnership in a more strategic direction (e.g., elevate the application of Win/Loss insights to inform long-term, strategic business decisions).

The thing that I like best is seeing detailed reporting from our buyers about why we are winning or losing deals, and finding opportunities that we have to improve our business.

The integration with Salesforce took some time to implement. Adoption from the sales side can also be challenging at times if sellers are not incentivized properly.

The team at primary Intelligence is professional and provides consistent communication and support. they stay in touch on a regular basis to answer any questions and/or provide feedback on the program process. The TruVoice platform captures the data in one place for easy review at any time.

**What do you dislike about TruVoice from Corporate Visions?**

Initial survey questions were somewhat confusing. However, the team at Primary Intelligence worked with us to provide guidance and help refine and better align the questions.

We are trying to understand why we win or lose large, complex, multi-service opportunities The service from Primary Intelligence enables clients to be more objective on surveys and interviews versus us holding Win/Loss conversations ourselves. We are early in our data gathering and look forward to the consolidated analysis.

The partnership with Primary Intelligence is going great from day 1. They keep bringing new ideas/solutions to improvise the solution. The feedback they derive from the customer interview brings new dimension to the Market/Competitive Intelligence process. The engagement level is very high and the response rate never goes down at any point of time.

**What do you like best about TruVoice from Corporate Visions?**

The win-loss analysis and the detailed client feedback is a great value add. That's hard to get without PI.
Ability to analyze the feedback through the Truvoice dashboards - It helps us slice and dice the information in various ways. Battlecards are my favorite pick

Not a major drawback, but their user interface can be further improvised to locate things quickly. They are working on it and I do notice some improvements regularly. Things can only get better

PI is a very flexible partner to deal with. Their engagement level never goes down. Their product/solution is great and they keep improvising things without we asking for it. I would recommend PI when you need to automate your win loss analysis, for better Competitive Intelligence and to get valuable feedback on your products/services.

The Win loss reports automation/Real time analysis/Customer feedback. We did benefit from the specific feedback on all aspects of sales process and that gave us a good picture as to what worked and what didn't.

Primary Intelligence helped us get our Win Loss program off the ground in a way that really kickstarted the competitive intelligence knowledge we needed. The TruVoice platform helped get all of our key stakeholders on board and using those insights, and PI was very responsive to our needs at every step of the way as we got our program running.

**What do you like best about TruVoice from Corporate Visions?**

The TruVoice platform does a great job of organizing our Win/Loss data so that all of our teams can see results easily - this is way better than any DIY solution we could otherwise create in a similar timeframe.

The platform is still growing and gaining features, so certain aspects are still in Beta - so we might experience some adoption issues as features/UI continue to change.
