Investors screening a shortlist. The output is evidence, not an opinion — which is what makes it usable in a conversation with someone who disagrees with you. HOW IT WORKS Open a listing on a supported portal and click once, paste the link on the website, or type a price with no listing at all — the last one matters when you are setting an asking price rather than answering one. PriceVero checks the price against sales that have actually been lodged: the last comparable sale, recent activity in the same project or block, matched resales at the same size, and the building's own facts, from remaining lease to the routed walk to the station. Two judgements are shown separately. The building is rated once. This price for this unit is rated on every request. A good building at a bad price grades badly. EVIDENCE Caveats and rental contracts lodged with the Urban Redevelopment Authority. HDB resale transactions published under the Singapore Open Data Licence. MOE school data, LTA rail and bus data, routed walking distances from OneMap. Industrial is our own research, because no open per-transaction industrial dataset exists in Singapore.
