We use it for two different countries and can easily switch back and forth between the two. We can also manually edit items, remove/add items, update items, etc with minimal help from Prowl customer service. We primarily use it to track UMAP and to see who is selling out product and we are easily able to see all resellers and track potential violations. I go in multiple times a day to make sure no one is breaking UMAP and if they are I can send an email directly from the portal. The best thing about this is that I can also see if the person/people I sent it to open/click through the email. Highly reccommend if you are looking to see where your products are listed online and if you actively track and monitor UMAP. **What do you dislike about Wayvia Prowl?** The customer service team is a bit slow in responding and resolving the minor issues but the major ones are resolved with in a timely manner. They do have a portal you can access to file tickets and the tickets are easy to file. **What problems is Wayvia Prowl solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems they are solving is showing us who is selling our products online (we require all resellers to be authorized by our brand protection team) and helping us improve our UMAP complicance percentages. The benefit is we are showing our show room customers that we are taking it seriosuly and not allowing online resellers to undermine the show rooms. We do not want people to go to showrooms and waste the associates time only to leave and price shop online and buy the very item they could have purchased from the sales associate who spent time with them. ### 2. Their customer service is excellent. We have had a few hiccups with scraping certain sites and products but they are quick to respond and work with us to try to correct these issues. **What do you dislike about Wayvia Prowl?** Due to the type of products we have, we get erroneous violations frequently. I only have positive things to say about this product. In a nutshell, because of its unique monitoring software (MAP), we are protected from scammers and people who like to take advantage of other people. We can choose to buy or not to proceed with our purchase because we do not need to waste our time investigating the sellers or see if the brand is legally sold or not because this simple and very helpful app does it for us. As a consumer, I am paranoid, especially with how the world is going on now.
