Pricesmith changes prices across a whole Shopify catalog without spreadsheets and without exports. Describe which products a change applies to, describe the new price as a formula, see exactly what would happen, and only then write it. Every batch is snapshotted before it runs, so any change can be undone exactly as it was. Rule-based targeting: pick products with a condition tree instead of hand-picking SKUs. Match on tag, vendor, product type, title, SKU, price or any metafield, and combine conditions in nested all/any groups. The same rule keeps working as the catalog grows. Price formulas: an absolute value (100), a delta (+20, -5), a percentage (+10%, -15%) or a clamp (min100, max500). Formulas can reference price, compare-at price and cost, so a margin rule is one line, and steps chain left to right: +10% min100 max500. Four price fields: price, compare-at price, cost per item and money metafields are all writable in the same set — move the old price into compare-at for a strike-through while discounting, or drive a metafield your theme reads. Preview before anything is written: every set lists the affected variants with current and computed values side by side, and the apply is confirmed from that screen. Snapshot and rollback: applying a set records every value it changes. Rollback restores those exact numbers — not a recomputed inverse — and is previewed variant by variant first. Audit log: every field change is recorded with old value, new value, which set and where the change came from: the app, a manual edit in Shopify Admin, an import or the API. Scheduling: a reusable schedule in the store's timezone, once or weekly, with an optional time to take the prices back off. Sales and seasonal repricing stop needing someone awake at the right minute. Quantity tier pricing: buy-more-save-more breaks applied at checkout through a Shopify Function, with three stacking modes. Built for real catalogs: Shopify Bulk Operations, queued and rate-aware runs, set import, export and duplication. Pricing: Standard $1/month, usage-based above the allowance and capped at $100/month.
