I won't have to constantly adjust the prices of my properties, and ever since I joined, I've realized I've been underpricing them. An excellent market value eye-opener. The statistics, such as the occupancy rates, are excellent. A wonderful tool overall for the holiday rentals I oversee. **What do you dislike about PriceLab?** The synching pricing mode is the only one I ever use, and it seems overly intricate and convoluted at times, but I'm sure that if it were simplified, I'd be interested in exploring the other capabilities it provides. **What problems is PriceLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** The baiscs can be easily implemented in Pricelabs, and the results are seen almost immediately. There is no denying the quality and fairness of the assistance provided. Webinars are regularly held to provide in-depth explanations of the features. My clients can pick dates that work for them and book easily from our website. **What do you dislike about PriceLab?** It is pricey. It offers a lot for the price, but I found it higher than I expected. **What problems is PriceLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's tough to figure out the current rental pricing forecasts. You have to watch those on a week-by-week basis. This has made us more productive and allowed us to offer more rental homes and events hosted in our rentals. ### 6. At a monthly rate of $35 dollars you might find that you can manage on your own however there are features worth investing for and this could be one. **Recommendations to others considering PriceLab:** Try it! **What problems is PriceLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem you are solving for is appropriate pricing for your rental. If you have multiple rentals this is amazing. It can show you high and low demand points and forecasts. ### 7.
