Priceguide is an online pricing estimator for home service contractors and franchise networks. A business adds an interactive estimator to its website. Homeowners answer a few simple questions about their project and get an instant price range. The business receives the homeowner's contact details and project scope before the first phone call. Many homeowners want a rough idea of cost before they talk to a contractor. Priceguide gives them that range online, at any time of day, without waiting for a site visit or a callback. The business gets a lead who already knows the likely cost, so sales conversations can move faster and focus on the details of the job. Setting up an estimator starts with the business's own services and prices. Priceguide's AI can write the questions for each service, and the business sets a price range for each answer. Estimators use the business's own colors and logo. On some plans, conditional logic shows or hides questions based on earlier answers, and Pricing Lab tests prices across many scenarios and flags problems to fix. Priceguide includes tools made for home service work. Satellite area measurement lets a homeowner enter an address and measure a roof, lawn, pool or driveway straight from a map. Large estimates can be shown as monthly payments, with the business choosing the payment terms. The results page text can be edited, and homeowners can change their choices after they see a price. Price ranges are also shared in a format that Google and AI tools can read. Each finished estimate sends an email alert with the homeowner's contact details, and a dashboard shows the services chosen and the price ranges given. Leads can flow into other tools through Zapier, Jobber, JobTread, HubSpot, ServiceMinder, GoHighLevel and GA4. For franchise brands, Priceguide sends each homeowner to the estimator for their local location based on ZIP code, so every lead reaches the right territory. Headquarters sees results for every location on one dashboard, while each location sets its own local pricing within limits the brand controls. Priceguide supports many trades, including roofing, HVAC, painting, plumbing, windows and doors, landscaping and outdoor living, pools, flooring and home remodeling. More than 2,500 home service businesses use Priceguide, and it has delivered over 175,000 homeowner estimates.
