What do you like best about Pricefx?

Our initial experience was leveraging PriceFX to help boost our negotiation guidance and it has worked great. We also leveraged PriceFX resources to help with configuration, and they were fantastic to work with . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pricefx?

The cooperation with the Pricefx team and its system integrator has been very good. The analytics capabilities with standard dashboards will help us get a good handle of our data and identify margin improvement opportunities, and we are happy with performance.

Pricefx’s obsessive focus on ensuring their customers get value (financial/operational) from the software is appreciated.

The Price f(x) team has also put my team & I in touch with some of our industry peers, who are further into their pricing journey, and this knowledge sharing has been invaluable to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pricefx?

Our pricing journey thus far has not been without obstacles. We would have appreciated the Pricefx team to challenge us more during the first phase of the project, especially in terms of our set- up and business objectives, to realize Price f(x)s full potential quicker for our project. New UI (UNITY) is a big step forward.

Navigation and usage got much more intuitive.

Setting up a configuration is not a no brainer. You shall invest a good amount of effort beforehand.

Review different option on how and in what way you are conneting PFX into your existing IT infrastructure.

What do you like best about Pricefx?

I think a significant advantage of PFX is the functionality of the platform. I like how it's user-friendly and I do enjoy the compartmentalization and storage of information in dedicated parameter tables. I admire the collective efforts of your group to carry out the actions/ projects of our team. Currently, a significant pain point is data integrity. Both our teams are working diligently to ensure that data is being ingested and extracted accurately across platforms.
