We have some unique features to our business model that just couldn't be accounted for in most off the shelf pricing tools. Pricefx has allowed us to implement industry best practices, while still meeting the needs of our business. **What do you dislike about Pricefx?** There's really not much that I dislike about Pricefx. So far, the product has been able to accommodate most of our needs. If I had to pick one thing, it would be around the area of audit compliance. We often need to get our developers involved to provide the level of reporting that's required by our internal and external audit teams. It would be nice to have more "off the shelf" audit compliance reporting. **What problems is Pricefx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pricefx allows us to manage pricing for a catalog of nearly 1 million SKUs and over 200K customers, tasks which just can't be effectively done without an enterprise system. **Official Response from Adela Sykorova:** > Hi Bryan.
