They react very fast to whatever change we are asking for, which is very important as we have a seasonal business. This makes all the difference in the dealings with the wider business, especially Sales. We can also put as much data in we like and the system remains stunningly fast. We really liked the can do- attitude of the Pf(x) resources during the implementation: this shortened the implementation by months compared to “typical” implementation. **What do you dislike about Pricefx?** For the reason that you really needed to configure all your own logics in from the scratch, we would have sometimes appreciated some pre-configured basic stuff like reporting. Forget about having to open a request and wait weeks or months to have your requests changed or solved. With Price f(x) you can do all these things on your own. Price f(x) now is our main source for any Pricing information, and we are able to create a lot of different dashboards showing in a really easy way the most important Pricing metrics that we want to follow up. When our company implement the complete package of the tool, including the rebates and quotes modules, we will be able to replace a lot of "old" tools in place and be much more effective in our decisions. ### 21. My experience has been extremely positive. **Recommendations to others considering Pricefx:** Absolutely take the time to understand how Price f(x) is so responsive and flexible in managing your requirements. It had become disorganised, cumbersome, and very timely to change or update. From that stand point, we have been able to implement their suite of revenue and margin software at a speed and cost which exceeds expectations. Personally, I have been implementing revenue and margin management software since the early versions of this realm of software emerged, and what we 'get' with Pricef(x) is truly transformative. **What do you dislike about Pricefx?** This is hard to answer, but the area which could be enhanced (and they know this) is the user interface and optics of the tool. It is like a 21st century Excel product, flexible, easy to use and doesn't require hours of consulting time for ongoing maintenance. It really is a product that is sustainable from a cost perspective and has the ability and flexibility to change when your business requirements change (without the need for expensive consulting hours). **What do you dislike about Pricefx?** Price FX does not deliver a black box solution and it tries not to advise you on what you should do for pricing. It assumes you know what you want to achieve and it provides you with the platform to achieve it. This means you require pricing expertise with a technological bent in order to implement and undertake ongoing maintenance of the system. "Ongoing maintenance" here is being defined as maintaining price list, increasing prices by x% or changing the variable that determines price within the system. **Recommendations to others considering Pricefx:** Internal capability and expertise around pricing. Must have pricing resource that is also system oriented. Pricing for this is very competitive - this system is a no brainer from a cost and ROI perspective. **What problems is Pricefx solving and how is that benefiting you?** We re-segment our customer base from a pricing perspective from this data. We generated some specific customer "everyday" price list by analysing their pricing behaviour which led to increase volume with some large customers in the region. ### 27.
