What do you like best about Price2Spy?

The software exceeds the competition in several topics. The most relevant is the possibility to incorporate additional fields into the product database and the management of multicurrency.

Support equipment also stands out. In our case, they always presented different solutions to our particular needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Price2Spy?

The software solved 100% of our needs.

We requested an addition to the software to include resellers in Market Places, which was resolved by Price2Spy engineers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Price2Spy:

When we started the evaluation, in 48 hours we were already receiving daily information about the prices we were interested in following in 2 countries, and in a week we had already generated automated reports for our employees so they could start working with the relevant information in each country. In the end, we require information from 10 countries. It is very important, to take the time to properly define the information you want to obtain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Price2Spy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Minimal Advertised Price (MAP) monitoring

We review daily violations of our suggested retail price in 10 countries, each in their local currency and with their own price according to other variables (taxes, shipments, etc.) Price2Spy has a mechanism to alert you when an online store violates this price, and reports via Alerts, emails or reports.

Of course, we also monitor our competition, allowing us to adjust our strategies on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use is the most important thing when you want to compare your prices. Price2Spy brings it in a very nice interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Price2Spy?

When creating a report for a 100+ products, you have to create a string with "OR" between each article. It would be great if we could use some kind of import sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Price2Spy?

Overall, P2S does exactly what it says it does, wile having impeccable customer service. Very simple setup and fully interactive and customizable GUI, with a fully modulated dashboard and excellent UX. The P2S team have done an amazing job to integrate options and capabilties which I didnt even need, but have become integral to our operations. If you need a price monitoring tool, this is the one.
