**What do you like best about Virtual Assistants?**

I use Virtual Assistants for various tasks like calendar management, expenses, CRM management, data entry, and research. I really appreciate how they free up more of my time, allowing me to focus on growing the business. I find it valuable to gain insights into how other executives are spending their time, which helps with my productivity by showing me if I'm working on the right things and lets me benchmark against other executives. I like how Virtual Assistants learn my styles and preferences and adapt quickly to our technologies. I especially like their travel management and overall calendar management and believe many executives should use them just for that.

**What do you dislike about Virtual Assistants?**

I wish Virtual Assistants would let me know what other admin areas they could take off my plate instead of just waiting for me to share those opportunities with them.

I use Virtual Assistants to free up time by handling admin tasks like calendar management and expenses, letting me focus on growing the business. They provide insights into executive productivity and adapt quickly to technologies.

**What do you like best about Virtual Assistants?**

What I like best about virtual assistants is their ability to anticipate needs and take initiative, making my day-to-day work so much smoother. Karen, in particular, is a true joy to work with.  Her sweet personality and professionalism are appreciated by everyone, especially my CEO, which speaks volumes. She always aims to please and finds ways to support the team proactively.

**What do you dislike about Virtual Assistants?**

I don’t have any dislikes about virtual assistants.  It’s been a completely positive experience. I think part of what makes it so seamless is that we are a fully virtual company, so working remotely feels natural and integrated into our workflow.

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual Assistants:**

I would highly recommend virtual assistants to anyone considering them. They bring incredible value by handling administrative, and project-based tasks, freeing up time to focus on higher-priority work. Having someone proactive, organized, and reliable, like Karen, makes a huge difference in efficiency and team productivity, while also creating a positive and supportive work environment.

**What problems is Virtual Assistants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Karen has been an incredible asset as my virtual assistant. She manages my CEO’s expenses with precision and takes full initiative, now often leading these processes independently. She also supports me with my expenses, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Beyond financial tasks, Karen handles the small but important items that I don’t have time to address for my CEO, from updating calendars to managing LinkedIn projects. She has also taken a key role in our company-wide event planning as part of Team FPS, contributing meaningfully to the committee and ensuring processes run efficiently.

Karen is proactive and solution-oriented—she even created a template for our command center documents, which has improved organization and communication across the team.

Virtual assistants like Karen solve critical problems by taking ownership of administrative, operational, and project-based tasks that would otherwise take up significant time and mental bandwidth. This allows me and my CEO to focus on higher-priority strategic work, knowing that essential tasks are being handled effectively and proactively. In my work as a consultant, writer, and instructor, time management is very important. If you are barraged with unsolicited messages and calls, virtual assistants is an efficient way to screen them. Unless you are a recognized caller or in my contacts, you are automatically screened and I am given a transcript of what you say. I can accept or block that person or machine.
