The part of the of the process of funding the business accounts and receiving an "invoice" afterwards is it bit confusing especially to someone new on the project. I believe the name of the document should be a funding receipt or funding confirmation. I believe some of the colloquialisms have to do with the company originating in another country than the US. The word "expiry" is also used in some of the rules and that is not a common word used in the US. We commonly use the word "expiration" date. **What problems is Prezzee Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Prezzee business as part of our bi-yearly customer perks program, and gifting our casino customers with gift cards per card level. With an integration to place orders it makes the process incredibly simple for our clients and our company. Prezzee has done a great job innovating their "Smart Cards" and had this feature years before any competitor came out with it. We love their "Coffee on Me" or "Lunch on Me" cards. **What do you dislike about Prezzee Business?** The portal itself could be a bit more intuitive with what is shown vs some of the other larger players. **What problems is Prezzee Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prezzee allows us to create themed cards helping clients excite their recipients.
