As for editing the transitions or personalizing text boxes, compared to Google Slides or PowerPoint it can be less user-friendly. Bringing your presentations to life in a way that creates flow and captures your audience's attention, this program is a great tool for creating highly professional presentations. This program has some very interesting features that you can quickly access when creating slides and presentations. Prezi interested me for several reasons. One of them is that it offers many templates with really beautiful designs and great colors to add originality to your presentations. **What do you dislike about Prezi?** With so many customization options available, it can be difficult to find your way back to where you want to make changes to your presentation. For ease of use, I wish there were additional formats and options for document layout. The Prezi desktop software has major issues when viewing downloaded presentations. Downloaded slides may not display on systems that do not have Prezi installed. Converting a presentation to PDF using the Prezi desktop app is very difficult. **What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?** This application saved me a lot of time, and because to my creative thinking, I was able to finish my project presentation quickly. PREZI enables me to produce dynamic presentations of my ideas, attracting people's attention and quickly delivering information. Prezi is utilized in the great majority of our company's divisions, and we feel it has supplied us with a fantastic option for the development of various presentations. Presentations may be made to be more interactive and visually appealing. I appreciate that Prezi allows presentations to flow more intuitively than PowerPoint, that there are less limits than PowerPoint permits, that this service is cloud-based, and that after you think you've seen everything, you find new functions. **What do you dislike about Prezi?** Because the template is so large, it takes a long to load, and the options for making slides are a little tricky at first, but they become second nature once you get used to them. Another thing I dislike is converting them to.PPT or.PDF since they aren't very nice. While I like that it is cloud-based, it might be tough to use if you do not have an active internet connection. **What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I utilize this technology to exhibit to a larger audience, particularly to illustrate the outcomes of our product. If the content is good, the viewers will like it more, and the design of the templates gave my material a significant advantage. It is a reasonably full platform for generating slides, presentations, or brochures. Prezi includes various pre-designed themes that may be utilized to improve the tone of the slide. You can also create a unique layout and change the typefaces used in each text field. Unlike other presentation programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Double, viewing a Prezi presentation is a lot of fun because of the visual characteristics; everything is much more dynamic and organised with this tool. **What do you dislike about Prezi?** The function to convert a slide to PDF from the desktop App does not work properly; I tried it, but the conversation percentage does not exceed 10%, forcing me to transform the slide from the web version; this conversion was fairly quick, and I only had to wait about 5 minutes. If this App is not installed on the computer, the slide will have a black backdrop and will not load the content. This has been a problem for me since I started using Prezi; when I want to share a slide with someone, I have to confirm that they have Prezi installed so that they can watch it without an Internet connection. Avoid employing too many animations while using Prezi; it's a little tough to make a portable version for offline viewing, but if you figure it out, it's relatively simple. **What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has assisted me in creating fairly appealing slides; I have been able to make slides with the assistance of my colleagues; and, thanks to Prezi, the design of my slides and the sequence of the material has changed dramatically and in a favorable way; earlier, the designs we used were rather obsolete. My project presentations are lot more structured, and I find it great for both putting up and connecting with all of our team members in order to finish the message. We also use Prezi to meet face-to-face and create business ideas that best capture the interest of our audience.
