Prezent takes the hassle out of having to come up with ideas for specific slides. Ultimately, speeding up slide development of presentations. The pre-built templates that are already with brand-approve colors and images get you started quickly, eliminating the need to build slides from scratch. Additionally, it gives you an opportunity to brainstorm different ways to visualize different ideas. Another great feature is being able to tailor and customize slide presentations to different personas. Prezent suggests appropriate visuals, charts, and layouts based on who the presentation is for. Leveraging it solely after having a basic concept or story built out first. However, some features that sometimes become a hassle are that you need to have a idea of what you need first and having the library be so large can be difficult. People don't have to go to two separate platforms to download and use our approved photos and icons. As a project manager, I put together a lot of PPTs and I love that I can search for layout ideas, easily download and customize. I also love the story builder.
