The ability to locate, lock, recover or wipe a protected device brings some peace of mind in such a climate. The increase of remote users due to the pandemic has tested every industry. This is a tough question as I have not experienced a situation that I have found Prey to be lacking in. Their support is phenomenal, Fabián Núñez responds quickly to every inquiry I have made within an hour. This blew me away as my questions have always been made via email. Protecting data and current configuration of the system from user interaction/intervention is a featured we utilizes in the event an employee leaves the company.
