It gave you exactly what you needed and it was easy to use and customize. Also, the cute prevail themes for Halloween, Christmas, and different colors really boosted my mood at work because at least what I was staring at for 8+ hours a day was fun to see. **What do you dislike about Prevail?** I didn't like that it would get so slow on some days that I couldn't even use it and since was an actual software and not something you can log into through Google chrome, it definitely crashed often. I also didn't like that I had to enter absolutely everything into the system spending hours weekly doing that instead of being able to focus on the true work. There are definitely some cons but overall I would recommend. **What problems is Prevail solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am no longer using Prevail but I used it for two years working at the firm before making a switch to another platform and Prevail helped us a lot through the years.
