PresuNow is a mobile-first quoting and invoicing app for trade professionals in Spain: electricians, plumbers, painters, renovation and building firms, carpenters, gardeners, installers, locksmiths and cleaning companies. Dictate the job by voice and PresuNow builds the quote with line items and prices from your own catalog. Import supplier price lists and supplier quotes (PDF, Excel, CSV). Send the quote by WhatsApp or email, see when the client opens it, follow up in one tap and let the client sign online. On the Business plan, accepted quotes become invoices registered with VeriFactu or TicketBAI. Add-ons record your workers' hours (registro de jornada) and capture expenses from a photo of the ticket. Available in Spanish, Catalan and English. Works in any browser and installs on iPhone and Android, with an Android app on Google Play. 30-day free trial, no card required.
