PressPrep.ai is media interview preparation software that automates research, briefing, and practice workflows. It analyzes reporters’ beat coverage, recent articles, and social media activity, synthesizing news headlines into contextual briefings. The platform generates anticipated interview questions and talking points aligned with strategic messaging goals. Mock interview functionality features an AI interviewer that adapts based on the brief and difficulty level, with practice sessions available via voice or video avatars. Real-time feedback is provided on message discipline and delivery. Interview requests can be forwarded to a designated email for automatic brief generation. Post-interview analysis allows transcript uploads to evaluate message alignment, clarity, and risks. Reusable spokesperson profiles store biographical details, expertise, and approved messaging, while additional materials like press releases can be attached to inform AI-generated outputs.
