PressOps is a cloud-based ERP/MIS platform for commercial printing, packaging, and signage businesses. It helps teams manage the full job lifecycle from lead and quotation through production, delivery, invoicing, and collections, with shared visibility across sales, production, and finance. The system includes CRM and pipeline tracking, estimating and quotation with templates and revisions, job cards and production routing, capacity planning, and quality checkpoints. It also supports inventory and procurement workflows (stock tracking, requisitions, purchase orders, goods receiving) to connect materials usage to jobs and reduce stockouts. PressOps also provides accounting features (invoicing, payments tracking, AR/AP and basic general ledger workflows), plus HR/attendance and payroll modules for operational teams. A client portal is available for customer artwork uploads, proof approvals, job status tracking, and invoice history. The platform is multi-tenant, role-based, and designed for multi-branch operations where needed. An embedded AI assistant (Agyin) helps users navigate the platform, answer operational questions, and create support tickets. It can draft quotes, analyse waste patterns, detect anomalies in production data, and generate recommendations for process improvements. These advanced capabilities are available as an add-on feature.
