What do you like best about Pressidium?
I believe I was among the first users to get access to Pressidium Edge—even before its public launch.
At CheckWP.io, we manage a few client websites that are highly dynamic, heavily customized, and run on large databases. We previously built our own servers and tried several managed WordPress hosting providers, but the performance just didn’t meet our expectations. In some cases, backend operations were painfully slow and certain pages took 5–8 seconds to load.
When we discussed our challenges with the team at Pressidium, they introduced us to the new platform they were developing Pressidium Edge and migrated our client sites there.
The results were immediately noticeable. The websites now enjoy consistent performance throughout the day, both on the frontend and backend. Our teams and clients can manage their WordPress sites with ease without websites going unresponsive when you hit the "Save" or "Publish" button.
We really like Pressidium's support team. They're responsive, usually replying within minutes, and in our case, went above and beyond the usual scope of hosting support. They helped identify bottlenecks in our plugin configurations, offered expert-level advice, and even implemented fixes.
We also appreciate the design of the Pressidium platform itself. It's intentionally minimal, without overwhelming users with too many options, but everything you need is exactly where you'd expect it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Pressidium?
Nothing major. At the time we started using the platform, some of the documentation was a bit incomplete, likely because they were moving to the new Edge platform. That said, this may have already improved as the platform has matured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
