It runs earned-media programs: targeted outreach to reporters across technology, business, consumer, health, and trade media, mapped to a defined business goal such as fundraising, recruiting, or customer trust. The agency runs on its own software. PressFriendly began as PitchFriendly, a self-serve outreach platform, and still uses it to run every campaign. Some PR firms license the same software to run their own programs. Grabs email from a static database that does not expand unless it is done manually. **Recommendations to others considering PressFriendly:** Look into other companies that do the same thing before you invest in PressFriendly.
