**What do you like best about Pressable?**

Simple yet powerful management interface. You have all the tools you need to manage a WordPress install without being limited in any significant way. Direct file access to your themes and plugins and DB access through a web portal. Yet you don't have to manage scaling or security updates as these are mostly handled for you.

The Pressable support team is also amazing and a pleasure to deal with even for a difficult customer like myself.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

These are really edge cases here as overall we have a very positive experience. The things we find lacking I understand would be hard to implement and/or manage. 
1. better user management with profiles
2. support of custom apache rules using .htaccess files. 
3. Loading custom SSL certs which most people probably don't care about.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue for us was scalability, performance and security updates. We have 10 WP sites and having to deal with all of those issues was a real drag on productivity. That and WordPress itself is not the most secure platform, so having it external from our main business is a good practice.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

Support! You can reach them anytime of day or night and I have yet to ever have a bad experience. I also had an issue with billing with reduction in invoices due to COVID-19 and they took a personal approach to assist me. You can not ask for better service - and the price point rocks too!

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

So far, I have zero complaints. I wish I could say I had some, I usually can nitpick one. I guess if I had to have one, it would be I'd like a more robust dashboard, but it is by no mean a fault or hinderance.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

Don't hesitate before jumping. It is a wonderful WordPress solution built originally by WordPress, so can you really go wrong? No.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to keep all client managed sites in one dashboard and ONE cost. Before I had a different hosting account for each client which was a mess. Other solutions I looked at were costly and for a very small business, did not make sense. So this fit the solution to fix my blaring issue and was a cost saver in the long term.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

The ability to scale our plan is ideal as we have had issues with other Managed WordPress hosting platforms that were fixed in size and to upgrade to their larger plans required their IT to do a full migration of all of our sites. On Pressable since it's running on Google Cloud you just upgrade your plan and walah! you have more sites and storage.  We also love their built in CDN which has boosted our site's speed.   If you need help migrating sites, Pressable does that for free!   Using a platform built by the same team that builds WordPress and Woocommerce is a great fit.   We manage approximately 15 Woocommerce sites currently and the ability to be able to spin up a staging  site quickly to to test the latest Woocomerce is priceless. 

All of my support requests have been answered quickly as well no matter what time of day it was.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Not a lot to dislike. I think the only suggestion I would have is to maybe add tags to your hosted sites in the control panel so you can filter by specific client or group of sites.  Other than that I have nothing I don't like.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

If you've been looking around for a solid Managed WordPress platform, definitely take a look at Pressable. You'll get great support and an easier way to manage all of your sites.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalability was our #1 problem.  I don't want to be locked into a platform with specific storage limits or # of sites. 
Benefits have included the CDN to speed up our page load speeds, free JetPack security and backups and even potential for WP Multisite hosting.  With all the Woocommerce sits we manage, having a platform setup to work with Woocommerce right away also provides us with peace of mind.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

I've used more than a few hosting services for WordPress, in a lot of pricing tiers, and Pressable has been the best. It just works, and they offer so many included things that what may appear to be an initial high cost is actually one of the best values out there. There are so many things I don't have to think about because Pressable includes them and they just work.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

I use CloudFlare for DNS management, and it can take a little effort to navigate between the settings of the two when trying to get some of the security settings to play nice, as well as a few plugins.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

If you're on the fence just dive in, give it a year. It won't be money wasted and you'll likely become a customer for life.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pressable has been a great one stop spot to manage multiple websites, along with backups and included JetPack features.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

The technical support we receive has always been amazing, the team shows much patience and great problem solving skills even for items above and beyond our account with Pressable. Thank you always for great service!

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

One of the items I personally dislike is how Jetpack is not yet integrated with Pressable - in needing to activate Jetpack either manually or having to contact Pressable support EVERY single time we either create a clone of our site, or after we convert a staging site into a live site.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

Just a heads up that they currently do not have telephone support available yet. Also, Jetpack is free so use that service available to you, in which one of their features will back-up your website(s) daily. Their support techs are amazing also!

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits I've personally realized with Pressable is that since I can control if and when we will have a staging site, that means if there's a minor edit I need to make on the website, I only need to do it once, and not needing to migrate staging in to live with each minor edit I may do to our site - that I can just clone a fresh copy of the site once I make the needed edits. This saves me an entire step of having to either migrate staging to live, or having to make the same edits to the staging site to ensure the live and staging sites stay identical.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

I have been using Pressable for about a year now and am happy with it. Their support team sometimes takes a while to reply but they do their best to address my queries and solve the issues I report. Earlier, my website was hosted at Siteground but I wasn't happy with the load time of my pages. Having done a lot of research, I finally chose the $25 plan from Pressable. It has been a while since I switched to the $90 plan since my traffic grew significantly.

I don't remember when I encountered any problem from my host's side last time. I would highly recommend Pressable to those who are confused about picking a good host for their WordPress site. If you want a stable and fast website, just go for it.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

1. Lack of quick response.
2. A little costlier.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

I would really recommend looking for premium hosting for their WordPress website. It's fast and provides great support.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

The support is top notch. They have been able to walk me step by step any problem. And when I get stuck they jump in and just do it for me. Plus the main reason we use pressable is Speed. The sites load faster vs other hosts we have used it the pass. While they are not the cheapest host around. The speed makes up for the cost.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Which they had phone support on my plan. Thats my big gripe. Chat is fine, but phone is better.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

When you are looking at hosting don't fall into the trap of more features are better. A good host has 1 job. To load your page fast. We could always get cheaper hosting but what you save in hosting is lost when you look at how many people leave your slow loading site. Plus Google ranks sites based on page load time. Pressable ROCKS.

The speed of our website has a direct impact on leads and sales. In the past we used budget hosts and the site would take forever and a day to load. After upgrade to better hosting things got some better. We diteched Cpanel and went to pure WordPress hosting and how our site loads under 1 sec. Pressable was able to help us find the problem and fix our slow site and with the crazy fast hosting they have I am a client for life. Plus the support ROCKS!

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

Pressable has given me one of the best customer service experiences I experienced from any company. They are prompt, extremely friendly, and effective problem solvers. They are truly the gold-standard in how companies should provide customer service.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

I have combined my use of Pressable with other hosting solutions that provide better pricing for some of my smaller sites that have lighter requirements. Last I checked, Pressable requires agencies to buy site plans in packages and sometimes I want to scale more incrementally than that for my small agency. I still use Pressable and am happy with the service I receive though. Also, it looks like I am currently benefiting from grandfathered pricing and new customers may be paying more than me per site.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

I haven't done a recent cost analysis of Pressable since it appears they upped their prices but I can tell you that the hosting is high-quality and the support is truly second-to-none. I always recommend people avoid the super cheap hosting solutions anyways so if this stacks up price-wise to other reasonably priced but also reputable services, give Pressable a try.

Pressable is solving my issue of finding a reliable hosting solution that is high-quality and trustworthy. With seemingly infinite options out there, I am glad I found Pressable.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

I like the ease of use and the migration tool.  This makes it very easy to migrate websites from less optimized hosts.  I also like the live chat feature for support. Sometimes when we've had issues beyond the responsibility of the host, they have still been more than happy to assist and troubleshoot.  I'm also a fan of the discounted rates for multiple sites and agency tiers.  This allows us to pass along extremely affordable service rates to our clients. 

With websites, uptime and speed are critical and we have experienced zero challenges with Pressable.  It's the best hosting available at the pricepoint.  It rivals the performance of managed WordPress hosts that cost significantly more.  It really does provide the level oof managed wordpress hosting that you would find with competitors like kinsta and wp engine for a fraction of the price.  It far exceeds the competition of other budget hosts like GoDaddy.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Afterhours support can be hit or miss but seems to have improved in recent years. 

I do wish we didn't have to purchase hosting in increments of 10.  Sometimes we only need to add one or two new clients but have to purchase 10 for the upgrade.  I would really love to be able to purchase one website at a time, or even in increments of five instead of ten.

I once had an issue with Pressable support communicating with a former employee using their personal email address who had attempted to have a client's website migrated, but truthfully, Pressable did not honor the request before reaching out to me, the account admin.  I do wish they hadn't even acknowledged the communications from the former employee, but am glad that they did not honor the request and contacted me.  I did mention how disappointed I was with the situation and that Pressable communicated with this former employee and they did explain more in depth the communication that occurred and also evaluated their systems of communications.  

All in all, Pressable handled the situation well, and acknowledged all of my concerns, making me feel secure in hosting our site and our clients sites with them.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

If you're hosting a Wordpress website, I highly recommend Pressable.  It is a great solution for managed Wordpress that outperforms competitors time and time again.  If you're hosting one website, it can be a bit more costly, but if you're hosting multiple sites, I strongly recommend this platform.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The speed of managing multiple sites and settings saves time and human resources at our agency. It's important for websites to load quickly and be optimized for users. **What do you like best about Pressable?**

I was previously on wordpress.com for one site, and was quite happy (Automattic has excellent customer support - they're probably the only vendor I've been consistently happy with).  Once I needed multiple sites, I moved over to Pressable, and so far the experience has been great. A migration of a content-heavy site took a few hours, and the speed has noticeably improved since moving over. Plus, I now have a staging site, which has been super helpful.  And, just like with wordpress.com, support has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Pressable is on the older WP UI, vs the new one that's available in wordpress.com. Pressable also requires a bit more technical knowledge than WP.com does, which hasn't been a problem, but that's more of a caution for someone who is newer to the platform. The only challenge we've had is that, while the migration was really easy, there have been some bugs (characters not showing up correctly). They were minor and didn't impact overall performance, but, something to be aware of.

Even if you only have one site, if you have a bit of technical know-how, it's definitely worth checking out.

Managing multiple sites in one place has made things a lot easier, and I didn't know how great a staging site would be until I got one.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

I moved my site and domain over to Pressable at the beginning of 2020 after several years of regular service interruptions and problems with my old provider. 

Pressable just works. Ut's what you expect from your provider and Pressable delivers. My site loads quickly and my customers can depend on my availability.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

The on thing that I disliked was the lack of email hosting. I use Zoho free email hosting to make up for this. It took a little bit of effort to configure but after it was up and running, I have been able to spend.y time focusing on what really matters.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

The support is fantastic: don't be afraid to contact them for help.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a landscape photographer who hosts my portfolio and access to my web store. Additionally, I blog and provide FAQ support for the T@b teardrop community. Pressable makes it easy to host a WordPress site that meet the diversity of my needs. The off the shelf support for WordPress is amazing and the ease of migrating my site was mind-blowing.

It just works. Setting up a server takes seconds with an easy wizard to walk you through account and server creation. From there it's great uptime and speed of content delivery.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Nothing really. Entirely happy with them. If I am being super picky then occasionally I've had trouble connecting Jetpack (included in the sub) to my sites but that is easily fixed.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressable:**

We use Cloudflare in addition to Pressable. That's probably not needed so if you're starting from scratch, go with Pressable first for all of their services and if not happy, then look for alternate options for CDN, etc... it'll save you needing to migrate later.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pressable offer excellent pricing (and great stuff like bundled Jetpack, Content Delivery Network, etc). Their support when needed (rarely) is always fast to respond and knowledgeable. We've seen great speed from their servers and reliability is class leading.

I use Pressable to host many of my client websites, they are reliable, always available, trustworthy, and by far the fastest, best servers I've encountered.

Honest, a couple of years back I didn't care too much for the user interface, then they did a facelift and I LOVE IT. Super easy to navigate and beautifully redesigned.

If you are worried about diving into the world of WordPress know that Pressable will have your back. I can personally say that Pressable is easy for anyone to build a secure, reliable, high-performance site using WordPress, and you won't be disappointed.

I made the switch from cheaper shared hosting to managed wordpress hosting after getting hacked for the 3rd time. 

Pressable has excellent support. It makes running a wordpress site so much easier. I've been hacked far less and the one time it happened they fixed it for me. 

Their support is always quick to respond and knowledgeable.

Their pricing is fair and I prefer them to other managed wordpress hosting I've used.

I never got the money I was supposed to get for referring a friend.

I think you'll find it competes well against services like wpengine, etc.

The problems I solved were:
Getting hacked (and therefore getting shut down and having to deal with fixing it on my own with the shared hosting sites I tried before)

The support is awesome. It's kinda like talking to remote collegues. I do not worry about server setup as much as I used to.

For years I have hired one techie after another. "Hey could you please do X on my server." And that would repeat over and over again. Now I just ask support in pressable for help - it's included most of the help I need, either through people support or through the automation that in implemented via their plugins.

Pricing. Not that its expensive, its just not a cheap option.

When we came to Pressable, the non-profit I was working with, had issues with traffic spikes that made their site unreachable. I discussed our issues with Pressable and they were able to find a solution that was scaleable for the times we needed more bandwidth. We have been with them for several years and never had an issue where website visitors were unable to reach the site during busy times.

It seems like recently our prices are going up yet I didn't receive a note why. I had to email them to find out.

At this point there's absolutely nothing to like about Pressable because what seemed to be their strengths turned into their weaknesses. The problem is Pressable WAS good for small traffic volume brochure-ware sites. But then they increased hosting costs 500% and couldn't deliver support on par with their competitors at that point. They were not up to hosting COMPLEX Elementor, Divi, or WooCommerce sites in our experience. (See below)

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

If you're going to price yourself like a professional solution you ought to work like one. A vendor should NOT create problems that require you to pull staff off billable work to resolve. 

Pressable's features would be released as final (not beta) and touted as powerful when they were not ready for use and caused site issues.

Here's just ONE example:  Their staging site feature was released and made to appear like it was a continuous integration workflow, but it's merely a copy of the site  -- which you can accomplished with a plug-in on any other host.  At this point tech support began to break down because when they attempted to fix an error their "staging" system, they created copies of files that were about 25 GB (5 times as big as the entire site), then buried it in our folder structure.  

They didn't notify us of this. And since Pressable didn't have an easily accessible dashboard for disk space usage or even an alert system, we didn't know until our backups became unusually large. Then from out of the blue they back billed us $145 / month for disk space. I spent over $345 in developer time looking at logs to find their error and fix it. After we protested this "out of the blue" billing, Pressable issued a credit (not a refund) for the storage charges when they created the issue in the first place. 

They never apologized for their initial mistake and their subsequent mishandling... And they acted surprised when asked to actually refund the fees they shouldn't have collected in the first place.  As an agency we work with two other WordPress specialized hosts, and none of them generate the lost time that Pressable did  for us over the course of the three years we've been with them.

None. We are migrating to other WordPress specialized hosts.

We did our best to rectify this by refunding the charges. More importantly, we adopted a new internal procedure to ensure this scenario never repeats itself (we now create staging sites for troubleshooting purposes in an internal account, rather than in customer accounts.)

We apologize that this matter was not resolved to your fullest satisfaction. We greatly appreciate your business; the door will always be open to work with Pressable again at any point in the future.

I like their easy to use control panel, where I can add a new site and get access to it within a few minutes. They also give SFTP and phpMyAdmin access which is very helpful. Finally, I really like that they include JetPack premium with each site.

I've used many different hosting companies in the last 25 years and my experience with Pressable has been one of the best! Their hosting platform is rock solid and fast. Finally since JetPack premium is included with each site, I can have peace of mind that my client's sites are safe and secure. If you need to manage more than a couple of websites, you're interested in using WordPress, and you need the flexibility of a self-hosted WordPress, I'd highly recommend looking at Pressable. Everything pretty much runs itself once you've set up your site, and if you're already familiar with WordPress, you won't have any problems. They make it easy to switch between sites, change nameservers, etc. I've rarely required their support, but they're very helpful. And I rarely experience downtime; less than once a year, and then only for a few minutes here or there.

I run multiple WordPress-based websites and Pressable provides me a single interface to interact with and manage all of them. Thanks to managed hosting, I don't need to worry about upgrading my plugins or themes; it's done automatically. I feel very secure on Pressable's servers.

Pressable is an excellent choice because of their outstanding customer service.  The onboarding process was seamless, and they had a lot of training and resources available to convert my site over.  Also, if I didn't know how to complete a process, their team did some of the work for me. Recently, when we went over our allotted usage, and the service team assisted with fixing an issue with one of our plugins that was using up all the space.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Recently, they went through a price increase and we now have to pay significantly more to host multiple sites.  We did get a year of being grandfathered into the new pricing plan, but that is a significant hike.  Also, we recently went over our allotted space and were charged a fee.  It would be nice to have a notice emailed to me, and also be given an opportunity to correct the issue (grace period) before being charged.

I had issues with our previous hosting company because their customer service was overseas and we had a lot of challenges resolving issues or understanding why something wasn't working anymore. Pressable is far superior in the customer service department.

Moving to Pressable from Godaddy was a massive upgrade. My site speed was horrible when I change to an e-commerce site with Godaddy Hosting. So I switched to Pressable hosting and that fixed the problem. I'm also paying about the same price from Godaddy so highly recommend it if you're having speed issues.

I don't really have any dislikes with this company. Support is awesome too

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

Pressable has managed my site going on two years now. The customer support has gone above and beyond on the few issues I've dealt with in that time span. On one occasion, a WordPress plugin was causing issues, they trouble-shot the problem, found the plugin causing it, found a bug in its code, and offered a solution until the bug was fixed by the plugin developer (who fixed it quickly).

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Nothing. My experience has been great so far.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a hosting service that would handle all the hard stuff, so I could spend more time doing actual work that matters. That meant not having to worry about updates gone wrong, site downtime, backups, migrations, SSL certs, etc. Pressable does all of it. The less time I spend troubleshooting backend site problems, the better.

It was so simple to set up a dev site and get rolling.  Sites run so well and customer service is the best I've experienced.

Wonderful service. If you are looking for a one-stop shop to host DIVI sites or any Wordpress sites, go with Pressable! Even for larger agencies, their plans are very reasonable. Customer service has always been tops!

The technical support is fast and effective. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is also outstanding. It helped me save quite a bit of money coming from amazon. If you are on aws I hope you will switch over.

Nothing so far! Everything has been great. The transition from AWS went great.

I have had issues with widgets in the site transfers that pressable solved for me as well as issues with media that didn't transfer over. All has been worked out seemlessly!

Main problems with other servers have been costs, reliability, support and ease of use. All of these are best in the space. The biggest benefit i've found is just how helpful support are.
