**What do you like best about Pressable?**

Pressable offers an array of important features in their package at an affordable price. Don't be fooled by all the "low cost" packages out there. When you check feature-for-feature and pay for necessary add-ons with other hosts, you're way ahead with pressable. Plus their support is the best!

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

There is nothing at all I dislike about Pressable.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to manage my own two sites on Pressable and feel secure that Pressable will take care of any issue that comes up -- or if it's something that I need to deal with, they will help me resolve it. My sites -- and one site for a client that runs in my space -- have never gone down. I've set up websites for several non--profits and have insisted that they all move on to Pressable if they want me to get them set up. It's a pleasure to be able to concentrate on the fun, creative parts of running Wordpress sites.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

I'm so thankful that my designer turned me onto Pressable!  Not only is it a great host, but whenever I have had small issues with my site, they have solved it IMMEDIATLEY! It isn't hours for a fix, or an away message that I receive. I get a response almost right away and they take care of my issue. 
I think Pressable is on par with the likes of Chick Fil A & Southwest Airlines in terms of customer service...That good!

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

Nothing! I don't have any negatives to report at all. Pressable has wonderful customer service and is a great platform to use!

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A great host is needed and Pressable solves that for all of my websites. I've been with Pressbale as a customer for four years now and can testify to their effectiveness as a company.  I also have five different websites and need all of these sites to run smoothly with no hacks, hang-ups, or hiccups. Whenever I have had an issue, it's a manner of minutes to get back on-line again. There is always someone ready to assist and their knowledge and expertise is spot on. I  can't afford for my sites to be down which causes me to get stressed out because of site issues. I highly recommend and am a big fan! I won't go anywhere else for hosting. Feel free to contact me directly if need more answers.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

Pressable is simple to use we can have websites up and running in a matter of minutes. We've run 4 or 5 sites through pressable and it is always a painless experience. We recently had some issues with the site and they provided great technical support.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

It could use some more robust features but then again I haven't tried everything. For instance we have some files we need to host for our virtual tour and I am not sure if we will be able to host them with pressable requiring an additional hosting service. Some non-wordpress hosting would be a great feature.

If you are considering it, its worth the price.

After 14 years of frustrating service on GoDaddy, I recently migrated my site over to Pressable after a friend's recommendation. Migration was seamless and fast. Everytime I tried to do anything like that over at GoDaddy I would run into technical issues. Tech support was spotty. Some were no help at all, although a few were really knowledgeable, but its like a lottery getting someone who knows what they are doing. But at Pressable, any issues I had were resolved within the hour I requested assistance. Excellent service and solid performance at this server site.

Nothing. It's all great. Tech, support, stability. Wonderful.

Pressable has kept my websites running at top speed. Their customer service is above and beyond the competition. And they make setting up or migrating a WordPress website a piece of cake.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

The only headache I've had with Pressable is the limited access to behind-the-scenes settings. This has led to some incompatibility with plugins that needed unique server settings.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving one of my client's websites to Pressable boosted page load speeds from 16 seconds to 3 seconds. When I've panicked because of website crashes, their customer service was super quick to respond and help, even the times when it was user error and not an issue on the hosting end.

The support staff is without a doubt the most reliable bunch I've had to deal with in my time as a web developer. I've used this staging platform for years now and any time an issue's popped up, support has been able to help me out no matter the origin.

I honestly don't have a whole lot of anything to dislike about the service - the one thing that is a bit of a hassle is that you might want to strategically plan when to buy your subscription for when it's on sale, but on the overall things work well.

Buy it!

I use the service for web hosting. It's efficient, works well and I do enjoy the fact that it comes with Jetpack Premium as well as a nice little side benefit for when my sites are ready to go live.

Your customer support team was so warm and friendly, and it felt like it was a very hands on experience. I had no idea half the stuff I was doing because I just hadn't done it before and they walked me through it respectfully with a perfect attitude.

I know this sounds cheesy but honestly there wasn't any negatives with the customer support team. I think maybe the UI could be a little easier to navigate around for new customers but that's really it.

If you're looking for a platform with phenomenal customer service, go with Pressable and remove the worry.

Pretty much taking a major pain point out of my website setup. I manage like 40 different online accounts for our digital presence and most of those have awful customer support. This was a bright exception for me.

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

I am a Divi user, and along with Divi's extreme versatility, comes some very specific requirements.  I first tried WPX hosting, then Kinsta, A2, and Flywheel, but it wasn't until I switched to Pressable that I found a home for my site that checked all of the boxes for success  -  the most important box checked was their commitment to helping me resolve any issues I encountered.  While every host I tried previously passed the buck to Divi or plug-in developers when it came to resolving my issues, Pressable went the extra mile of troubleshooting issues (some arguably beyond what a web host is responsible for) to make sure my issues got resolved so that I stayed and was happy - and I can attest to both.   Bravo Pressable support team!

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

There are some bells and whistles in terms of site statistics, monitoring and site back-ups that I miss from other hosting I have tried, Pressable mostly makes up for it by including Jet Pack with every account.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The two issues I had most with other hosting related to speed issues when embedding video, and adding direct downloadable content (i.e. pdf's and mp3's) to my site.  Pressable is the only hosting site that I have tried that fully supports the versatility and options that come with Divi Builder.

When I transitioned my domain to Pressable and accidentally disconnected my google email account, the support team was very friendly and helpful in getting it back to normal. :)

Absolutely do your research when looking for website hosting. If you have a Wordpress site and want managed hosting at a great price-point, go with Pressable.

I was looking for a Divi-friendly Wordpress hosting solution for my site. Everything I needed was set up when I created my Pressable account and I haven't had any issues with the platform yet.

Word Press Done Right! If you want plug and play functionality while still running a wordpress.org install these folks are the best. Would highly reccomend them.

When we revised our website, we found that our website was constantly slowing down, or giving error codes. After LOTS of searching for the problem,  we realized our old webhost could not handle all the material our upgraded website. We haven't had that problem since switching to Pressable!

Can't think of any, it's been working well

Our prior webhost could not handle our new website.  Our website would slow down, including not redirecting people to pages on the site. With Pressable, we have never had that problem!

**What do you like best about Pressable?**

Technical Support is provided by real people that truly care about your site and your business.  I have utilized Pressable for a year and it is a joy to work with their technicians who I have been on a first-name basis for nearly the entire year.  I retired from the United States Navy in 2017 after being a cryptologist, information systems manager, electronic key manager, and web designer for 20 years.  Pressable gives me the confidence that my site is in good hands not just by the features they offer, but because of the quality of people that they employ.  Of all the equipment and infrastructure I have utilized  Pressable has provided me a level of security and ZERO stress that I greatly appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Pressable?**

There is nothing about Pressable I dislike.  If there is one thing I wish was different I wish the Site Management page provided an auto-login feature to the WP-Admin area for each site managed.  I am not worried about this however because I have voiced this idea to Pressable employees who are very engaged in customer feedback.  I have no doubt that this feature will be made available in the near future.

Using Pressable leads to a life with lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.  I have also noticed an 82.3% decline in the accumulation of grey hair over the course of 90 days of monitoring while utilizing Pressable.  If that all sounds good then one needs to only ask why they are hosting their sites on GoDaddy or Bluehost with these life-threatening ailments induced by stress and disappointment.

**What problems is Pressable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many solutions available to a web designer:  Dedicated Servers, Virtual Private Servers, Shared Hosting, and basic WordPress hosting.  The problem with these other solutions with smaller teams with limited resources is that it is not an efficient use of resources and time.  With Dedicated and Virtual Private Servers you need to either manage all aspects of updating, backing up, patching, and maintaining all aspects of cybersecurity regarding your Dedicated/VPS which provides a fixed amount of resources.  With shared hosting and basic WordPress hosting you are dealing with inconsistent quality of service and generally across the industry customer service that does not treat you like a valued customer or that your site is as a priority.  The level of trust and confidence is nothing like what I have consistently experienced with Pressable every day.  I have experienced outages with Bluehost where you submit a trouble ticket and flats for days to unknown people and then 48 hours later I was still offline.  I have had similar experiences with GoDaddy.  When you have your site hosted with Pressable you click on the intercom chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen you are talking to a real person that cares within minutes and they are immediately working on your trouble call.  I have a Virtual Private Server that I call my "car in the garage" I like to tinker on and emulate my Navy IT life, but when it comes to mission-critical web assets I do not trust anyone else but Pressable.

The migration tool was amazing. It transferred my very complex site over in about 20 minutes and it all worked perfectly. I've used many solutions to do this in the past and it's always turned into a nightmare - but this was the easiest thing I've ever done. My system consists of a website, a learndash based learning management system, a woo-commerce based shop, and a support system based on the  wpForo forum software. This is all tied together and heavily customised with over 30 plugins - all of which worked perfectly the first time.

The only thing I disliked is that the way the platform is set up means my backup software doesn't work. Support helped me find one that did though so all good.

I couldn't recommend it more to be honest. Everything about the service is fully featured and really easy to use. Even things like setting up your domain name are fully automated and really simple. Then we come to the service. I'm a web pro so most stuff made perfect sense, but I had a couple of advanced questions which the support staff answered within 20 minutes and supplied me with some great articles that explained what I needed. All in all the service has gone beyond all of my expectations.

Trusted hosting from Automattic: essentially, you know that any site you build on Pressable will run great, and their customer service is second to none in the tech space. For example, with other hosting companies, their tech support is beyond awful, and sites are vulnerable to hacking - this is from personal experience. Another reason, is that if you go with more trusted hosting companies like Siteground - the fees are ridiculous. I just switched one site from Siteground to Pressable and it is way more affordable.

Managing my website was becoming a time suck. I needed an easy to use website host and Pressable streamlined the process and has been readily available to answer questions. I am not tech savvy, nor do I want to spend time wrestling with my website. I transferred my website from a different host in part of one day and have enjoyed getting back to my regular work. Pressable hosting simplified my website so that fewer plugins were needed--like SSL and it hasn't gone offline since.

I was nervous about hidden fees and complications, but Pressable staff walked me through the whole process and explained the tech terminology in plain English. My fears evaporated!

I was able to remove many plugins because Pressable Hosting provided solutions as part of their package. I removed the SSL plugin for example.
