We can create one presentation initially, and it will be current no matter when we present again, allowing us to focus on other projects. **What do you dislike about DataPoint?** With the version we've used in the past, the ability to send these documents via email and have them stay updated for others would be excellent, as well as generating multiple documents from the one source update. **What problems is DataPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are weekly maintenance reports on websites, shared equipment, and expenditures that have benefited from this system because we have presentations formatted the way we like them and don't want to reinvent things every time we need an update. ### 2.
