PrepStation is catering software that integrates online ordering, recipe costing, production planning, and delivery logistics. Its branded storefront lets clients browse menus, customize orders, and make payments. Multi-day events and delivery slots consolidate into single sales orders with real-time menu accuracy. Recipe costing calculates plate costs using yields and vendor pricing, auto-populating menus, quotes, and kitchen tickets. Yield-aware calculations and sub-recipe scaling handle complex costing needs. Production planning converts orders into workflows, generating Banquet Event Orders and batch schedules. Packing labels include allergen info and customer details. The delivery hub manages dispatch with zone-based, area-based, and distance-based pricing, plus DoorDash integration. Additional features include CRM tools, inventory workflows, meal planning, and an AI assistant for kitchen operations.
