It's cost-effective, reliable, and handles complex remediation tasks better than any other product I've used, including several industry-standard tools we rely on regularly. Its AI-generated alt text is especially impressive, consistently producing more accurate, useful descriptions than competing products and saving me a tremendous amount of time. The training and customer support are phenomenal. There is definitely a learning curve because PREP is such a powerful platform, but the team is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to help. PREP has enabled our team to more efficiently remediate hundreds of lengthy, highly complex PDFs with demanding accessibility requirements. Our documents include items such as advanced mathematics and LaTeX, chemistry, physics, computer science notation, intricate diagrams, complex tables, deeply nested bulleted and numbered lists, and other challenging content that many remediation tools struggle to handle.
