I also have a couple of suggestions for improvement. First, it would be great if they could create a video guide that explains everything from start to finish. Even though they did go through the details with me before and after we agreed to work together, the amount of information can be a bit overwhelming, especially for someone like me who is new to crowdfunding. Having a video guide that I can refer back to at each stage of the process would be really helpful. It would ensure that I don't miss any important information due to information overload.

Secondly, I think it would be beneficial if they shared sample versions of the Facebook and Instagram ads with me before they actually run them. There were instances where I realized that some crucial information was missing from the ads only after they were already running. Making changes to the ads after they've started can be quite time-consuming and requires extra manpower. By showing me the ads in advance, I'd have a chance to review and make sure all the necessary details are included, preventing such issues from arising later on.
