I've had a handful of interactions with the customer service team assigned to our account and they are excellent! I had a handful of issues getting started and implementing the use of it and no matter who I talked with they were very helpful. Also the services offered for the hiring process are top tier. This can be used by many businesses and even if you are renting out a room or an apartment or something. Background screening is extremely important for daycares because you must be careful of who you hire. This allows you to put your parent/clients at ease that your workers are safe and professional. Apart from posting online jobs also need to be able to receive resumes, sort through potential applicants, plan onboarding process and more. Managers have the ability to automatically send rejection letters and other notifications to their candidates without needing HR to intervene with those they wish not to consider.
