Being able to run both background check and drug test. **What do you dislike about PreHire Screening Services?** Sometimes the turnaround time is longer than expected. **What problems is PreHire Screening Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Screening candidates prior to them starting employment with us. Being able to complete their compliance in time. ### 3. The customer service is excellent and sent immediate responses to any questions I have had. **What do you dislike about PreHire Screening Services?** Time and other start up kinks prevented me from using all of the features available to me. I also wasn't able to purchase a higher tier of the software, so I didn't have access to other features. **What problems is PreHire Screening Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Apart from posting online jobs also need to be able to receive resumes, sort through potential applicants, plan onboarding process and more. Managers have the ability to automatically send rejection letters and other notifications to their candidates without needing HR to intervene with those they wish not to consider. ### 4.
