**What do you like best about Preflight?**

As one of the advanced users of Preflight, School Bytes uses the tool to automate the Regression testing of our products. It is a powerful no-code cloud-based automated testing tool that has been used to successfully catch many errors in our products before deployment to Production. Mustafa and his team provide excellent support and are very open to suggested enhancements to the product. Love the use of the user-defined variables, the ability to edit in/move or remove steps visually, work flowing tests together and then combining into a Test Suite.
Completely spoilt due to unreliability.

**What do you dislike about Preflight?**

As an advanced user, School Bytes continually looks for product improvements, especially around its performance and reliability. The best results are achieved in a controlled data environment.
This product is now unusable due to its unreliability - has regressed

**What problems is Preflight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automates the Regression testing process improving quality and saving on manual testing costs
