They've involved their clients and have created a super easy and interactive experience. The system they've created has become so valuable to me I feel somewhat addicted. I don't think I'd want to do HR without it! **What do you dislike about Predictive Success?** It's hard to say that there is something I don't like, because they value feedback and are constantly responding to the needs and wishes of their clients. If there is something I might not like, there is something I can do about it - and they listen, it makes a difference! **Recommendations to others considering Predictive Success:** Take a look into this system - it's easy to become immersed and there are a lot of supports available to you. Not to mention that the system is truly reliable. **What problems is Predictive Success solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used PI mainly as part of the process to bring in talent, however with the updates to the tools on their website, it has become easy to use Managers to lead their teams.
