The flexibility and the fact that there is always someone ready to come with advice on how to get done what you need to be done. The support team are great and respond very promptly to your request. Before then, there were a number of issues to do with reporting especially and with Precursive not being able to display the necessary details we needed for our reporting option. That is now much better although there are still certain legacy issues from when Precurisve was set up on the earlier system (i.e. displaying non billable activities...). Also when you are filling out your timesheet and there are a large number of rows , it takes quite a while to save and update - probably to do with the fact that it's an online tool. We look at how much we costed jobs at the beginning and how many hours we actually spend and this informs our costing in the future. The aim is to become more profitable in the Operations teams. What I like best about Precursive is that I can easily enter in my hours for the week, and it only takes a few seconds. One of the first times I used Precursive, there was a glitch that wouldn't let me enter in a holiday. I ended up figuring out how to do it, but not after quite some time. Integration with SFDC is the key feature for us. We are heavy SFDC users and this integration help automate our processes.
