What do you like best about Precoro?

I really appreciate the simplicity and user-friendliness of Precoro's interface. Everything is in predictable places, which makes navigating the software straightforward and intuitive. It's impressive how organized the process of sending purchase orders to suppliers has become with Precoro, streamlining the procurement workflow significantly. I also found the initial setup to be very easy, which made the transition smooth and hassle-free. Furthermore, I've found extracting order reports for internal replenishment to be quite efficient with Precoro. What do you dislike about Precoro?

"Great Visibility into Pending Items, but Duplicate Invoice Requests Are Hard to Spot"

Hi,

Thank you so much for your review! It’s great to know that Precoro is providing you with clear visibility into pending items and speeding up your PO processing.

Regarding your concern about spotting duplicate invoice requests, we actually have a straightforward solution for this! You can configure Precoro to automatically track and alert users about double entries.

To set this up, make sure to resolve any preexisting duplicates in your system. Then, go to Configuration → Basic Settings → Document Setup → Invoices, and activate the following checkboxes:

1) Required Supplier Invoice # — to ensure your team always enters the exact invoice number provided by the supplier before submitting the request.

2) Warn if Supplier Invoice or Credit Note # is duplicated — to automatically trigger an alert if someone tries to enter an invoice number that already exists in the system.

Once done, click "Save" to record the changes. The system will instantly notify your team if they try to submit an invoice that has already been requested, completely eliminating the guesswork.

What do you like best about Precoro?

What I like about this is the easy tracking of my recent transaction. I can see real time if it is already Approved or still pending. I also like the Revise format if there is something that need to change and it works with me recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I often received email that has nothing to do with me ( or I guess it's for the group, or it is really for me since I was new for this ). I want something that is related to what I entered in Precoro - that's what kind of email I like to received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
