You can customize the workflow to route to different approvers based on the employee who submitted the PO, PO Value, or QBO Class. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** Precoro is still a growing company, so some of the features you would expect do not exist. For example, you cannot block a PO from being created in a previous month. The good news is that the team at Precoro is incredibly responsive, and some of our improvement requests have already been implemented. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved our PO approval process with Precoro since the QBO approval process lacks the customization that we required. I need to see and be knowledgeable on where we are with the budget. I can say that Precoro has increased visibility into spending. Being able to see information about each purchase order and track expenses is beneficial. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** Due to security regulations, all users must change their passwords every 90 days. So now we can't request a password change for all users. There is a massive list of accounts, and most of them are not relevant for purchases. The list is vast and confusing users - it's hard for us to choose the right one. But I do not lower the score for the overall impression, because the service is excellent and we are delighted. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best part is that now we can keep track of our stock balance. Besides this, Precoro has the warehouse function, which the company uses for tracking the equipment we have (computers, audio equipment, etc.). Many other procurement software services don't have it. We save a lot of time and significantly eliminate manual work. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** From the same supplier, the minimum order total depends on the item being ordered. We can order 1 product at least 5 pieces, the other - at least 2 from the same supplier. By the way, the adaptation was quick and every user understood the process. We decided that we could no longer continue to buy manually.
