Pipeline Suite has a simple format that just WORKS. We send our bid inviations to hundreds of subcontractors per bid with ZERO issues and our subs have never had issues accessing the information. The platform also allows Subcontractors to update their own company contact details as things change within their businesses to ensure they aren't missing any bid invitations from us.

Pipeline Suite is very easy to use and learn. It was recommended to us by one of our JV partners, and we've been very happy with it. I have used all of the other programs out there and as an estimator for commercial construction, Pipeline just has the most bang for the buck for managing your bid invitations, documents and correspondence to subs.
