PreconSuite allows for bid invitations or addenda to be sent in minutes, set automatic bid reminders, track sub activity, and qualify your subs. Complex bidding scenarios can be processed using Bid Packages and Bid Phases where invites can be sent with different scope verbiage and bid dates for each bid package, restrict plans/specs/documents across bid packages then rebid in the future with 1-click. Easily create itemized bid tabulation sheets then compare them side-by-side to identify scope discrepancies and level each bid. Our feature-rich forms module, typically used for prequalification, allows you to gather any data/documents pertinent to your company. Customized reports can be generated using the information gathered. In PreconSuite your emails look like they come from your email. Vendors do not have to register or login to access your plan room. I work with project managers in their 60s and 70s who have no problem viewing plans and sending bids. It is also easy to store and look up contractors and suppliers. **What do you dislike about PreconSuite?** Contractors and suppliers can upload bids, but they bids will not be attached to a project. It makes it more difficult to build an overall bid with this system. There is also an app that only shows the ddress book. It would be very helpful to have the entire program on the phone. **What problems is PreconSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy for me to send out bid invites with the plans and specifications. Easy to use efficient solicitation software **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** James Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2023 **What do you like best about PreconSuite?** Pipeline is very easy to use, tracks all of your subcontractors information, bids etc. Sending out an Invitation to Bid and all of the associated documents and pictures is a very smooth user friendly process. **What do you dislike about PreconSuite?** The only real downside that I see to Pipelins is that a lot of other construction management software platforms are providing more or less the same service. **What problems is PreconSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pipeline offers a great way to keep track of the bids you are receiving, bids that you are waiting for and who has accessed the documents. I have used other platforms that are terrible to use. Pipeline is easy to pick up for anyone. **What do you dislike about PreconSuite?** There isn't much to dislike, some of the windows are too small when selecting for a new project. Groups for example is a small box that jumps past some of the selections when scrolling. **What problems is PreconSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Procurement of bids. Our current internal database is clunky, and difficult to send out invitations (multiple mass emails). I feel There could be some updated software, easier catergorizing of trade groups and a more modern look for the tender invites.
