Precisely has been instrumental in assisting us in keeping track of due dates on contracts that are about to lapse, thus enabling us to notify user departments in good time and seek further instructions.

-Templates - so we do not need to re-do the docs from scratch.

What do you dislike about Precisely?

-missing trash/recycle bins

-the formatting and bullets - points are not as friendly as WORD

-unable to set the reminder as recurring automatically. e.g. to repeat every 12 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Precisely?

The software is customer friendly and user interface is understandable so that many of our departments can fully use the software to design appropriate contracts. The dashboard helps significantly with timeline, milestones, and key date achievements. The feature that alerts to contract renewal dates and process is a great benefit to our team. What do you dislike about Precisely?

If you need more templates then the professional version is a requirement. Within the templates, the headers and footers are not able to be customized - so it's hoped that this is an option for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
