The questions, how to connect them, why the signatures work the way the work. How the link between the docusign and the document works. Also to understand what is the best way to create certain clauses etc. Takes time, sometimes when we are busy, there is no time to learn and start creating. Hence we still have a lot of documents not implemented in Precisely, which results that we still have two systems in place (creating them manually and some generated through Precisely). **What problems is Precisely solving and how is that benefiting you?** When the templates have been finally created and the teams knows how to use them, our team's involvement is minimal, which is the reason why the system was acquired in the first place. **Official Response from Ely Bakouche:** > Thank you so much for taking the time to share your lovely thoughts and feedback with us! Great **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022 **What do you like best about Precisely?** The support I have recieved is great, they are very serviceminded, and the platform is very workfriendly, easy to work within, understandable, efficient. **What do you dislike about Precisely?** Since we are a very special organisation we would need to have some features that are individualized and customized for our needs, and for the moment that isn't competely doable. For example user roles, the e-signing tool, etc. our organisational structure doesn't really fit Precisely structure. Another example is not to be able to send documents through the system via email. I would like to have data collated differently and have relations to our systems. **What problems is Precisely solving and how is that benefiting you?** To ensure correct agreement templates, secure document storage, on common place to have both documents and templates. Archiving with related metadata. To se reminders and make relations between documents. ### 3. Template creation is simple as content and format are individually adjustable to one's needs (e.g., for Sales and HR contracts...). The check and review of contracts are intuitive and collaborative, followed by the signature process and archiving. Plus, the support is always fast and solution-oriented. **What do you dislike about Precisely?** Template creation offers many design options, but some minor features are missing that one is used to from docs like Microsoft or Google (e.g., it is impossible to delete more than one row of a table at once). Most times, there is a workaround. Automation (for bulk sendings) and Integration with other tools (like Employee Management Tools) are not straightforward. Still, they need manual work and the creation of zaps, which are not always running smoothly. **What problems is Precisely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to Precisely, one does not need different tools for the contracting process.
