Currently utilizing SQL Doctor, SQL Defrag Manager, and SQL Diagnostic Manager and have ZERO complaints in regards to all three products. These solutions work seamlessly to provide complete overhead analysis and diagnosis of SQL performance issues to include index fragmentation, missing indexes, queries requiring optimization and server hardware issues just to name a few. Idera first pointed me to around 90 different indexes requiring rebuilds/reorgs in one of my production databases.
