We have SQL Compliance Manager and also now Uptime which has been recently purchased by IDERA. SQL Compliance manager has been superb for our institution and has meant we can fully audit our SQL Server databases with ease. The company as a whole is very good with supporting their customers and the prices of their software is very reasonable in comparison with the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Precise? We have had issues with licencing very recently with regards to ongoing maintenance and support. These have now been resolved but we have been left a little confused as to what has happened. I believe it may be down to when IDERA procured the Uptime product and our accounts have become merged for the two products. As a result we have missed out on the support and maintenance of SQL Compliance Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Precise: Get a trial version first and then get in touch with them. The prices for their offerings are very reasonable and I believe they offer quality products of enterprise class level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Precise solving and how is that benefiting you? As IDERA offers a suite of tools they have a tool for everyone really. We wanted to be able to be compliant (for legal reasons) for all our SQL Server Database platforms and offer managers a way of keeping tabs on auditing activities which the compliance manager does very well with in built reporting to support this. We love Uptime and think this is a fabulous acquisition for IDERA and hope they continue to support and develop the product in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
