Resource allocation and utilization tracking are effective across multiple projects, and the budget tracking is robust, with clear planned vs. actual cost visibility. Timesheet management also supports effort tracking at both the project and task levels. Restriction mechanisms (for example, budget or hours limits) help control cost overruns and reinforce financial discipline. The dashboards are customizable for PMs and senior management, and automated reporting reduces manual effort while speeding up decision-making. What I like best about Praszo Practice is its clean and intuitive UI, which makes it very easy to use. The features provided are practical and well-designed, reducing the overall effort required—especially when it comes to filling timesheets. The mobile app UI is also well-optimized, allowing me to manage work on the go without any hassle. One area for improvement in Praszo Practice would be the timesheet view. Currently, the weekly view can feel slightly restrictive; introducing a monthly view would make timesheet filling much easier and improve overall tracking.
