**What do you like best about Pramata?**

Flexibility of the data type that can be included; ease of contacting and working with customer support (especially when data needs to be corrected).

**What do you dislike about Pramata?**

Data incorrectly inserted - redundancies not caught or at least flagged for end-user administrators. End-users cannot include data themselves, as needed - must always go through Pramata.

**What problems is Pramata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulling out key data; allowing internal stakeholders within the end-user organization to seek relevant contracts themselves (thus, lifting some administrative burdens off of the legal department).
