Praisidio is incredibly responsive and has made leaps and bounds in streamlining our disparate systems. The major thing that struck me was their ability to use document transfer over to our new HRIS. Praisidio is your reporting BFF- extremely easy to get reports in the format you want sent exactly where you want and when you want. Also powerful auditing tool when used for exception reporting (i.e. send payroll a report when x doesn’t match y). They have automated over a dozen reporting based processes for us and each week we have a new request that they are able to resolve. Incredibly powerful tool with amazing customer service!
