**What do you like best about PRAGMA?**

I like that Pragma lets me find answers fast from all my company files and Slack without hunting around.

**What do you dislike about PRAGMA?**

I don’t like that its replies can miss details sometimes and I’m not sure the service will keep running long term.

**What problems is PRAGMA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pragma solves the problem of scattered company information by gathering everything like documents, Slack messages, and notes into one searchable place. This helps me get quick, accurate answers for my work, so I spend less time digging through files and can respond to coworkers or customers faster.

**What do you like best about PRAGMA?**

PRAGMA especially used for pass-through extraction requirements during audits and compliance with various industries regulation. This helps to reduce the pressure of urgently looking for the data and keeps one relaxed during inspection.

**What do you dislike about PRAGMA?**

PRAGMA claims to have data storage and yet it does not have an efficient organizational structure. It is not easy to search for specific details that may be held in any given information.

**What problems is PRAGMA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PRAGMA does make the audit process much easier because of their willingness to give out compliant data. It is capable of extracting data in real-time, thus reducing the time I spent on gathering data before the audit, therefore my anxiety levels are reduced.
