I really liked their features for uploading steps and evidence. Being able to provide screenshots for test cases helped in our testing documentation immensely in our testing efforts. The application is overall lacking in design, it does not feel very much like a modern application, and can often feel clunky and difficult at times. Creating a test set, test instance, and test runs are all fairly easy and pretty straightforward. It's nice that there are options to clone tests, rather than having to create a new one. We also appreciate being able to print the tests from the test library. Test traceability to see where it's being used and the history of the changes are very nice features to track who and what changes were made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PractiTest? If we made changes to a test in the test run, there was no clear button to print the test run. We are constantly working on improving our integration with Jira and add more functionality to it. In recent months, we added the option to map additional fields between the system, and create an automatic syncing process of tickets under a Jira filter to either the Requirements module or the Issues module. With that being said, we will love to hear more from you and what you think we should add to the integration. In regards to moving test suits between PractiTest projects, we do support the option to clone tests between projects. Again, any additional feedback would be appreciated. We have already started implementing some changes in that regard, and we are planning to slowly change more and more screens throughout the application. Aside from our support team which replies to any questions in a matter of minutes, we also conduct onboarding and training sessions with our customers to ensure smooth onboarding for the teams that are using the platform. As for the option for passing multiple tests at the same time, I'm not really sure what you meant, and will be happy if you can clarify that. We do have a 'Fast Run' option available that allows you to dictate the status of multiple test instances at the same time. We wanted to ask if you tried to work with the traceability tab and our 'Link Existing Issue' feature in order to link related issues to test cases and test sets? 3) Can you please try to clarify what exactly do you mean by the flow/navigation step? 4) Regarding API implementation, PractiTest offers integrations with almost any automated testing tool via our REST API. In addition, we have an internal automation solution (xBot), that can execute automated test scripts. 5) By 'something more visible' did you mean a built in step recording option that can live record the test step execution?
