nothing.  abysmal support.  terrible ownership.

**What do you dislike about PracticeAdmin EMR?**

They take every opportunity to charge more while providing less.

solving fewer problems while paying more.

**What do you like best about PracticeAdmin EMR?**

It’s very user friendly. I love the accessibility and the bells and whistles.

**What do you dislike about PracticeAdmin EMR?**

Sometimes it can lag, but not often. Not much to dislike.

**What problems is PracticeAdmin EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documenting problems in a timely manner have been solved.

It allows physicians to do their notes and then allows the patients to follow up and see them as well as any admin notes written in. 

**What do you dislike about PracticeAdmin EMR?**

Not all patients and admins have implemented this yet, so it can be a struggle when dealing with that issue. 

**Recommendations to others considering PracticeAdmin EMR:**

It has been a very helpful tool in improving satisfaction scores, safety, and the communication between physicians in different departments. 

**What problems is PracticeAdmin EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of access to data, interoperability, and patient satisfaction.

Easy to use, not too detailed - navigation flows easily 

**What do you dislike about PracticeAdmin EMR?**

Upgrading platform can be time consuming. 

**What problems is PracticeAdmin EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing online platform for partner clinics to manage their online pharmacy has been beneficial to everyone involved. Allows for less tech savvy workers to utilitize the website as well.
