What do you like best about Practice?

What do you like best about Practice?

It is really meant for a solopreneur coach who doesn't have a complex offering (eg hourly retainers/pre purchased hours). Also does yet have Outlook.com/Microsoft 365 integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
