Practice Fusion's ease of use is unparalleled. There are so many things in PF that just WORK. The interface is seamlessly designed, with very little that needs to be done in the way of training. other EHR services are clunky and hard to use, or require huge network infrastructure for support. Practice Fusion requires none of that. My office runs on Chromebooks, and that would only be possible with PF.

Practice Fusion doesn't support the use of electronic signatures from inside the EHR, so it's not fully optimized for the digital age. Some things are needlessly missing- the ability to change providers after a patient has already been checked in, for one. Scheduler was a bit cumbersome. Support could be better. There are better options now that there is a montly fee. Security log in is a bit overkill having to get a call back with an authorization number from a new workstation. Integration with some of the billing vendors was difficulty to the point that data entry had to be done twice - information wouldn't cross over from practice fusion.
